This homemade Greek salad dressing recipe blends simple pantry ingredients into a bright, zippy dressing you’ll want to pour on everything!

Ingredients

⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 large garlic clove (minced)
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon ground sumac (optional)
¼ + ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt (or more to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small jar or bowl and whisk or shake. Makes 1/2 cup.

Notes

Note: This is easily enough dressing for 2 nights for a side salad for my family of 3 or 4. Just toss it with your greens right before serving.
